The documentary "Tarot Serbia" follows Milan Radonjic, known as Milan Tarot, on his journey through rural, provincial parts of Serbia, where he is invited to appear on local TV stations.
On the journey, Milan Tarot explores and discovers the characters of people from the margins of society, people who lost their jobs during the transition, refugees from Bosnia and Kosovo, war veterans, the disabled, the sick, the deceived, lonely pensioners, exorcists and all others who beg him for help solutions to their problems.
