Punk's Not Dead

Punk's Not Dead was the Macedonian Oscar nominee. The main movie character is Mirsa, a punk guy from Skopje, a former drug addict, a poor man, a revolutionary and a rebel against the authorities who now live in a working-class suburb surrounded by a new world. He played in a cult band from the early 1990s that fell apart, with members settling all over the former Yugoslavia. Mirsa's dealer Gzim is an Albanian, a young man with an irresistible smile with a reputation as a "liquidator".
