Plandište

Plandiste is a village and the center of the municipality of the same name in the South Banat district. This municipality has a recorded history as an important location in East-Central Europe, due to the excellent connection of river routes, as well as mountain passes. Also, this area was a military-strategic border for the ancient Roman Empire, and they built a large number of crucial cities that still exist, such as Timisoara.
