Nowhere

The chaotic nineties of the 20th century left a mark on the fates of three inseparable friends. The story follows their lives over a decade in which they relive war, uncertainty, and escape to a foreign country. Under pressure from reality, they try to leave their homeland and seek happiness in another, more developed part of the world. Sweden becomes a shelter and a place for a new start, but also for creating a sense of alienation and non-belonging. 'Nowhere' is a film about those who are leaving, a story of an existence that has been universal in this region for the past several decades. This is a metaphor for understanding our own country and Europe, living in a foreign country, dreams and the desire to turn ours nowhere into somewhere. This is a very personal message about the life of a generation that was only twenty years old at the time. Take a look into a man's need to find a quiet corner, despite the circumstances, in which he could have a happy life ... unfortunately, a man does not always decide everything.
