Dovlatov

"Dovlatov" was watched by more than 300 thousand viewers in Russian cinemas in just the first four days. The film was set in Leningrad in November 1971. The official media regularly reject the ironic texts of the writer Sergej Dovlatov, played by the actor Milan Maric, because his view of things and people is not desirable. His colleagues have similar problems, among them Josif Brodski, who eventually fled the country.
