Bela Crkva is known as the Venice of Vojvodina, and with good reason. It is located on three rivers and seven lakes of beautiful emerald green color, with medium-sized beaches, and attracts visitors to the old city center, which, in addition to the Historical Archive, Museum and City Library from the 19th century, there are four churches: Serbian, Russian, Romanian and Catholic. The area of South Banat, as well as the Bela Crkva itself and its surroundings, is one of the oldest settlements in Vojvodina, and has a very long and diverse historical past.
